the hotel's location was wonderful, near to 15 to 20 minutes up hill from the center of town as well as a cliff which means the sun goes down early in the afternoon. amazing breakfast with an excellent self made fresh squeezed orange juice straight from the property's orchard and option of omelettes and the best coffee, and the staff was pleasant and consistently courteous.

Spotless rooms with a pleasant garden view and executive bar area. Warm and large breakfast with yoghurt and including meats prepared by incredible staff.

The location is beautiful, with the hotel close to a cliff providing early sunset views. the restaurants are within walking distance, making it convenient to explore the town. the triple room is spacious and comes with air-conditioning.

Food in the restaurant was delicious (although expensive).

The rooms were very expensive - we wouldn't normally spend that amount of money on accommodation and possibly would not again.

We enjoyed the hotel even though it is a little bit outside the town. It made for a pleasant walk. The staff was friendly. They have a beautiful indoor pool which saved our trip since we manage to see the worst summer in Italy in years.

We did have problems that our credit card was used even though I specifically asked to use a different one on sight and the staff had no idea that I requested it. When I returned home I did see an email that had been sent but we were already on our trip so I did receive it.The staff did their very best to correct the situation. The breakfast buffet was not the best and it seems to me that they should put the buffet to the back of the room so that everyone can sit and enjoy the fantastic view.

Thoroughly enjoyed the place

Had a pleasant stay on vacation. Thanks to the really helpful staff everything was really good. - the room I booked was upgraded to higher levels. I had a fantastic time at Hilton Sorrento Palace. the staff was incredibly helpful, making my stay very enjoyable. My room was also upgraded to a higher level which was a nice surprise. my vacation was pleasant and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this hotel.

The executive floor amenities were first class.

The kingsize guest room was very small in comparison to other Hilton locations and the walk to the centre and back was quite challenging for people of a certain age.

Staff extremely friendly. Restaurant is also a must.

The free WiFi works very badly. Undersized for such a chain. Bar is very nice, fantastic view, but very expensive.

The location here is really convenient, close to the main square, in a fantastic area, and I stumbled upon a great place called R&m Kebab nearby.

It felt like home. It was modern, heated and with a pleasant garden view.- The service was excellent.- The breakfast was hot.- I greatly enjoyed this place.

The Hilton Sorrento offered clean and tidy rooms, great pool side facilities and the opportunity to relax and enjoy the views over the bay of Naples from the hotel restaurant. The buffet breakfast was fantastic

The hotel Internet costs are very pricey.

When we arrived we noticed that there was no tea making facilities in the room and immediately went to reception. They gave us tea and coffees and a kettle for the room but I feel it should have been in the room as hotel is of high standard.

The hotel offers superior accommodation with an incredible setting close to the marina, providing spectacular views. the rooms are excellent in size, airy, and come with WiFi and beautiful views. Guests can enjoy a huge common balcony and a warm breakfast.
